Premium Add-Ons

Premium Add-Ons are included in Financials, Professional and Premium plans. See the description below for details on what they, how to setup and which plans they come with.

[001] - Email Summary

Plans: Premium

Settings: Email address(es) to send summary

An email summary will be sent by email after each update. You can set the email or emails that will receive this summary.

[002] - Account Number

Plans: Premium

Direction: QuickBooks<-Shopify

Settings: Shopify Contact custom field that holds the unique account number in Shopify

In Shopify, if you represent a unique number for your Contacts, you can map them to QuickBooks Customer Account Number stored in a custom field. You select the custom field field a dropdown.

[003] - Filter Shopify Contacts

Plans: Financials, Professional, Premium

Direction: QuickBooks<-Shopify

Settings: Shopify Saved Searched that defines the filtering information. A 7-day date range must be included in this search. Select the saved searched from saved searches you define in Shopify.

Set any filtering criteria in Shopify saved searches and use them to filter Contacts syncing into QuickBooks.

[004] - QuickBooks Invoice Class

Settings: Shopify Invoice custom field that holds the invoice Class Shopify

When syncing Shopify Sales Orders into QuickBooks Invoices, you can sync an Order custom field to the resulting QuickBooks Invoice Class. You select the Order custom field from a dropdown.

[005] - Invoice Summary

Plans: Premium

Direction: QuickBooks->Shopify

Settings: Shopify Customer custom field that will hold the invoice history summary for the contact

A Summary of Invoices will be saved for each Shopify Contact in a custom field you select from a dropdown of all Contact custom fields.

[006] - Invoice Products Contact Tags

Plans: Professional, Premium

Direction: QuickBooks->Shopify

Settings: Select from drop-down which Tag source method to use - Product Name or Tags in [] brackets in Product Description

For Products in QuickBooks Invoices that you want saved as Tags on Contacts, either use Product Name or add Tags to Product Description surrounded by square backets. For Products in QuickBooks Invoices that you want saved as Tags on Contacts, set the QuickBooks Product description to surround the Tag with square brackets. If you select ‘Tags in Product Description’ then include in the description the tag of the form [TAG-WORD]. For example, if you product description is ‘Blue widget’, then change to: ‘Blue Widget [BLUE-WIDGET]’. Adding a tag is not required and you can add multiple tags each inside square brackets.

[007] - Sales Receipt Products Contact Tags

Direction: QuickBooks->Shopify

Settings: Select from drop-down which Tag source method to use - Product Name or Tags in [] brackets in Product Description

For Products in QuickBooks Sales Receipts that you want saved as Tags on Contacts, either use Product Name or add Tags to Product Description surrounded by square backets. See Add-on [006] for details.

[018] - Sales Order Products Contact Tags

Settings: Select from drop-down which Tag source method to use - Product Name or Tags in [] brackets in Product Description

[019] - Estimate Products Contact Tags

Settings: Select from drop-down which Tag source method to use - Product Name or Tags in [] brackets in Product Description

For Products in QuickBooks Estimate that you want saved as Tags on Contacts, either use Product Name or add Tags to Product Description surrounded by square backets. See Add-on [006] for details.

[008] - Filter QuickBooks Customers

Plans: Financials, Professional, Premium

Direction: QuickBooks->Shopify

Settings: Text field that specifies the Pricing level that is required for syncing Customers from QuickBooks into Shopify.

You can specify the value or partial-matched value of the QuickBooks Contact Pricing Level. If it starts with and/or ends with '%', the QuickBooks Pricing Level is partially matched to determine if the QuickBooks Customer is synced.

[009] - Vendors

Plans: Premium

Direction: QuickBooks->Shopify

QuickBooks Vendors are synced into Shopify Contacts.

[012] - Order Payment

Plans: Premium

Direction: QuickBooks->Shopify

Settings: Specify the payment method

If a payment is associated with a QuickBooks Invoice, the specified payment method is added to the notes for the Shopify Order. You can set the payment method such as 'Cash', 'Credit' or anything you like.

[013] - First Invoice Tag

Plans: Professional, Premium

Direction: QuickBooks->Shopify

Settings: Specify tag that will be added on first Invoice. Date control indicates when Shopify Contacts must have been synced after to get this tag.

On the first QuickBooks Invoice to sync into Shopify, tag the contact.

[020] - First Sales Order Tag

Plans: Professional, Premium

Direction: QuickBooks->Shopify

Settings: Specify tag that will be added on first Sales Order. Date control indicates when Shopify Contacts must have been synced after to get this tag.

On the first QuickBooks Sales Order to sync into Shopify, tag the contact.

[021] - First Sales Receipt Tag

Plans: Professional, Premium

Direction: QuickBooks->Shopify

Settings: Specify tag that will be added on first Sales Receipt. Date control indicates when Shopify Contacts must have been synced after to get this tag.

On the first QuickBooks Sales Receipt to sync into Shopify, tag the contact.

[022] - First Estimate Tag

Plans: Professional, Premium

Direction: QuickBooks->Shopify

Settings: Specify tag that will be added on first Estimate. Date control indicates when Shopify Contacts must have been synced after to get this tag.

On the first QuickBooks Estimate to sync into Shopify, tag the contact.

[014] - Sales Rep

Plans: Premium

Direction: QuickBooks<-Shopify

Settings: Shopify Contact custom field that holds the Sales Rep initials to match QuickBooks Sales Reps number.

Sync the Shopify Customer custom field holding the sales rep to the QuickBooks Customer Sales Rep.

[015] - Charts and Graphs

Plans: Premium

Show Charts and Graphs of synced information. Filter on Sync Type (Contact, Item, Invoice, etc) and/or date range.

[016] - Sync Shopify Quantity on Hand to QuickBooks Inventory Items Quantity on Hand

Plans: Premium

Direction: QuickBooks<-Shopify

Enable 'Track Inventory' setting in Shopify. The current Shopify Tracked Products QOH are updated to the QuickBooks Inventory Items Quantity on Hand.

[017] - Sync Quickbooks Inventory Item Quantity on Hand to Shopify Tracked Product Quantity on Hand

Plans: Premium

Direction: QuickBooks->Shopify

Settings: Select Shopify location for inventory that will get Quantity-On-Hand updates.

Enable 'Track Quantity' checkbox for each Product in Shopify. The current QuickBooks Inventory Items Quantity on Hand are updated to the Shopify Tracked Products Quantity on Hand.
